Shipping + Policies


All items except for those which are ‘made to order’ and require more time will be shipped from Belgium within 2 business days of payment being received.  All items are shipped via BPost Belgian mail.  Please choose from the shipping options listed.  Delivery times are estimated, please note that it is possible that packages can be held in customs for a few days more.  All Business class packages must be signed for, so if you are expecting something and are going to be away during the expected delivery period you may need to have someone check your mail as if uncollected after 1 week the package will be returned.  

If you have any difficulty placing your order or do not see the shipping option you would like or your destination country or have any questions at all please contact by email and I will respond within 24 hours.

Please note however that Bpost standard service does not provide ‘track and trace’ or insurance and there is no way of following up lost or delayed mail.  In such cases Grey Whale cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received.



Grey Whale packages do not contain plastic and materials are fully recyclable or compostable except for a small amount of tape.



Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.



If you would like to exchange your Grey Whale purchase for another item this must be arranged within 48hrs of receiving the purchase.  The recipient will bear the cost of extra shipping and will be entitled to items or store credit of equal value to the original item.  Returned items must be unused and returned in the manner in which they were first sent.  If an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt through no fault of your own please contact Tempy via email: tempy@grey-whale.comcom as soon as possible to discuss the problem and it’s solution.  If for any other reason you are not happy with your Grey Whale purchase or have further questions, please contact Tempy.



Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In the event that any additional charges such as these are incurred they must be borne by the recipient.
